Introduction to Fly Fishing

Offered spring, fall. One session per week, 3 weeks, 6-8 pm. Covers basics of sport, explanation of f/f terms, overview of tackle, flies, lines, leaders, hands-on knot tying. 50% of class dedicated to casting. Booklet and handouts provided. Fly rod/reel available if needed.  
Introduction to Fly Tying

Offered spring, fall. One session per week, 3 weeks, 6:30 - 8:30 pm. Covers basic tying equipment, terms of fly tying, hands-on tying of flies that catch fish. Each pattern builds on new techniques. Tying tools available if needed.
