Went to a company crawfish boil tonight catered by Walk-Ons here in BR. The crawfish was amazing... best I've eaten in a month.  Come to think of it... it's the ONLY crawfish I've eaten in a month. Anyway, got a few hot ones at the end, big and juicy and decided to suck dem heads.  Man, whatever they boil them crawfish in is illegal in 48 states (except Louisiana and California... everything's legal in California).  I'm having trouble typing this the swelling has set in.
