A friend of mine who lives in Troy Montana just sent me a bucktail from a deer he shot.  I've bought a lot of bucktail over the years, including lot's labeled "Premium" but I've never seen one this nice.. It's huge with extremely long fibers with lots of nice tight crinkle to it.  On most bucktails you get a lot of crinkle and good fibers toward the tip, but as you move down the tail and to the longer fibers in the sides lower down, it tends to get strait and less attractive, but this sucker has great looking fibers all the way down....Can't wait to make some mondo clousers and bucktail deceivers.  Whenever I get home, I'll shoot a picture of it and post it.
